Minimum Orders and Pack Sizes
Two ordering patterns
Stock Manor runs two ordering patterns across the range. Some lines are sold in packs, others can be bought individually with volume discounts. Both are real, both are current, and the rule that applies to a given line is always shown on its own product page. Check there before you plan a basket.

Pack products
59 of our lines are pack products. They are picked and supplied in packs of 12, so the minimum you can order is 12 units and the quantity goes up in multiples of 12: 12, 24, 36 and so on. If you enter a quantity that is not a multiple of 12, the site will correct it.
Where a line is offered in more than one colour or size, each colour or size is a separate product with its own pack of 12. A pack is not a mixed assortment unless the product page says it is.
Individual products
74 of our lines can be bought individually. The minimum is a single unit, which is useful for trying a line before you commit, for filling a gap in a display, or for buying the odd high-value piece such as a silk scarf.
These lines carry volume discounts that apply automatically as you increase the quantity:
- 1 to 2 units: the standard wholesale price.
- 3 or more units: the first volume price.
- 12 or more units: the best volume price.
The price breaks are listed on the product page, and the basket applies the right one for you. Discounts are worked out per product, not across your whole order, so 2 of one line and 2 of another does not reach the 3 or more break on either.

Prices and VAT
All wholesale prices are shown excluding VAT by default, and the toggle switches the site to VAT-inclusive prices if you prefer to work that way. UK VAT is charged at 20 per cent. Children's items are zero-rated, so no VAT is added to them.
The RRP shown to the public is a guide. You are free to set your own retail prices.
Availability
Stock is live on the site, so what you can add to the basket is what we can supply at that moment. Seasonal winter accessories sell through, and once a colour or size is gone it may not come back within the same season.
