How to Order

Stock Manor is a trade-only supplier

We supply knitwear, silk scarves, jewellery and seasonal ranges to shops, market traders and online sellers. Anyone can browse the full range and see the recommended retail price, but wholesale prices and ordering are reserved for approved trade accounts. There is no public checkout.

Step 1: Apply for a trade account

Applying is free and takes a few minutes. Every application is reviewed by a person, so give us enough detail to identify your business: a company or VAT number, a trading address, or a link to your shop, market pitch or online listings.

We aim to respond quickly. Start on the trade application page.

Step 2: Sign in to see wholesale prices

Once your account is approved, sign in and wholesale prices replace the RRP throughout the site. If you are signed in and still seeing retail prices, sign out and back in again, and contact us if the problem persists.

Prices are shown excluding VAT by default, which is how most buyers work out their margins. Use the VAT toggle to switch the whole site to VAT-inclusive prices. UK VAT is charged at 20 per cent, and children's items are zero-rated at 0 per cent.

Step 3: Build your order

Two ordering patterns run side by side, and the rule that applies is always shown on the product page itself:

  • Pack products. Sold in packs of 12. The minimum is 12 units and quantities go up in multiples of 12.
  • Individual products. Buy from a single unit, with volume discounts that apply automatically at 3 or more and again at 12 or more.

Full detail is on the minimum orders and pack sizes page.

Step 4: Check out

Add what you need to your basket and check out in the normal way. The basket shows your wholesale prices, and VAT is calculated at checkout on the goods that carry it.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The methods available to you are always shown at checkout before you pay.

You will get an order confirmation by email as soon as the order is placed. Check it over and tell us straight away if anything is wrong, as we cannot change an order once it has been picked.

Step 5: Despatch and delivery

Orders are picked and despatched once payment has cleared. Delivery costs and options are set out on the delivery information page.

If something is not right

Shortages, damage and faulty goods are handled through our returns and claims process. Report any problem with a delivery as soon as you have checked it in.

Repeat orders

Your order history is kept in your account, so you can see what you bought and when before reordering. Stock moves quickly on seasonal lines, so if you are planning for a peak period it is worth ordering early rather than relying on availability later in the season.
